Let’s break it down, pew-pew style. This policy sets the legal groundwork between us (The Pew Lifestyle) and you (our rad customer) when it comes to shipping our gear, goods, and glorious retro merch. Transparency is key—so here's what to expect when you smash that order button.
Order Processing Time
We aim to ship your order within 2–3 business days after it's placed. That means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (because even freedom fighters need a break).
If something’s causing a delay (high order volume, inventory hiccup, etc.), we’ll hit you up via email—no ghosting here.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping speed depends on your selection at checkout and where you live.
Typical shipping estimates:

Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to customs and carrier delays)
These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed—we wish we could ride a motorcycle cross-country to hand-deliver every order, but the 80s called and said that’s too much gas money.

Yep, we ship worldwide—freedom knows no borders. But...

You’re responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and any other surprises your country’s border patrol dreams up.

Delivery timelines might vary depending on your local postal service and customs process.

We won’t mark your package as a gift (even though we think you deserve one).
Lost, Stolen, or MIA Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package says “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please:

Double-check with your neighbors or front porch crew.

Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark packages early.

We are not liable for stolen packages marked as delivered, but we believe in good customer service, and we’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Damaged Packages
If your gear shows up looking like it got in a shootout with a mail truck, we want to fix it. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage—we’ll make it right.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some items are pre-order only or part of a limited drop. These will have estimated ship dates on the product page. Ordering one of these means you’re cool with waiting until it's ready to roll.
If your order includes a pre-order item and an in-stock item, we’ll usually ship them together unless otherwise noted.

This Shipping Policy is legally binding and sets the expectations for both parties—you and us. It ensures you know what we’re responsible for, and what you’re agreeing to when you place an order.
