Hey, we get it. Sometimes things just don’t click. Maybe that shirt wasn’t your style, maybe the Shot Spot didn’t bring out your inner marksman, or maybe you ordered mid-caffeine crash and forgot you already bought it. No judgment—we’ve been there.
That said, here’s how refunds and returns work around here:
Damaged or Defective Gear?
We’re all about quality—but if your item shows up looking like it got caught in a bar fight with a postal truck, we want to know.
If your product is damaged, defective, or just plain not what you ordered, shoot us a message at contact@thepewlifestyle.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a quick description, and a photo or two (we love a good action shot—even if it’s a busted box).
We’ll get you squared away with a replacement, refund — fast.
Returns
You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back to us, no questions asked (okay, maybe one or two—like your order number and why you’re returning it, so we can keep getting better).
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you got it.

It must be in the original packaging (we’re suckers for that 80s-inspired wrapper too).

You'll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works just fine).
We don’t accept returns on:

Digital products or downloads

Gift cards

Items marked final sale

Stuff you ran over with your truck and are now calling “custom distressed”
Refunds
Once we get your return and give it a quick inspection (don’t worry, we’re not looking for fingerprints), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Boom. That’s it.
Heads up:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we messed up. If we did? That’s on us, and we’ll make it right.

If you haven’t seen the funds hit your account after 7 biz days, check with your bank or card issuer—it may take a little while before the refund shows up officially.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Just initiate a return and place a new order. That’s the fastest way to swap gear and not miss out if stock runs low.
Cancellations
Changed your mind immediately after ordering? Hit us up fast at support@thepewlifestyle.com. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll cancel and refund you ASAP. If it’s already out the door, you’ll need to go through the return process.
Legal Vibes
This policy exists not just to keep things groovy, but to comply with relevant consumer protection laws and avoid any bummer legal drama. It's a legally binding agreement between you and us—so we all know the score.
If your local laws say you’re entitled to something we haven’t listed here, don’t worry—we follow the rules (even if we wear shades indoors).
